Ingredients

Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 4 serving (remove)
Shirataki Tofu Spaghetti, 8 oz
Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 8 tbsp
Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 4 tbsp (Gluten Free)
Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Heat broth over high heat and add mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar and oil in bowl and stir.
Rinse shirataki and combine with the oil and vinegar mixture. Allow to marinade.
Once mushrooms have cooked for 5-10 minutes, add the bok choi. Pour in the noodles and marinade and combine. Cook for 5 minutes and then serve in bowls.
