    1 Med. Banana
    6 Strawberries, quartered
1-2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
1 capful (1 tsp) vanilla extract
    4-6 ice cubes
Silk Light Soy Milk (to thin the smoothie) * you may use dairy milk if you wish, but I prefer soy.

Directions

Prep:
Wash strawberries.
Cut up strawberries into quarters.
Peel banana, slice into pieces.
Measure out 3/4 cup yogurt.
Have Vanilla extract ready.

Throw half the cut up strawberries, sliced banana, and mixed berries into the blender. Add the yogurt on top. Add some ice cubes. Blend. Add the rest of the strawberries, sliced banana's, and mixed berries and any other ice. Blend. Add the vanilla extract and some milk to thin it out. Blend. When it is your desired consistency, stop.
