    BLACK BEAN SALSA CHICKEN

    2 LBS CHICKEN BREAST CUT INTO 4 OZ PORTIONS.
    1 JAR OF SALSA
    I CAN OF BLACK BEANS.



Directions

DRAIN AND RINSE BEANS.
ADD ALL 3 INGREDIENTS TO CROCKPOT AND COOK FOR 7 HOURS.

    I used a small jar of homemade salsa, juice from half a lime and about 2 T of chopped cilantro. Love the simplicity of this. Ate over a baked potato, very good! - 3/24/13
