Ingredients

    1 Medium Apple, peeled, cored & chopped
    1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
    1 T. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp Molasses
    1 tsp Splenda (sweeten to taste)
    dash of salt
    1 Cup boiling water

Directions

Add ingredients to an oversized microwave-safe bowl and stir to combine. Put a paper plate beneath bowl in microwave, in case of boil-over. Cook in microwave for 6 minutes.
