Introduction
This sauce is a rich red color and can be enjoyed alone or as a topping for yogurt or hot cereal. I also like it as a sweet topping for pancakes! Ingredients

2 cups of small dark purple "prune" plums, sliced with pits removed
2 cups peaches, sliced with pits removed (I always leave the skin on)
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup water
cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Wash and cut up peaches and plums. Put all ingredients into a heavy saucepan with the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about ten minutes stirring often. Remove cinnamon stick if using.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes four servings (about half a cup each)
