    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium no seeds
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Yellow Peppers 1 pepper
    Red Peppers 1 pepper
    Spinach, fresh, baby 2-6 ounce packages
    Creole Mustard 1 Tbs
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil 3/4 cup
    Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup


Chop veggies, alternate one layer of spinach and one layer veggies. Mix dressing ingredients and drizzle onto salad.
