So good. It's like a chicken tortilla soup- Oh, and one cup of the mix and on cup of broth, VERY filling! Great for lunch or dinner - Low in calories and HIGH in protein! So good. Ingredients

    Chicken (1 pound), Chicken Broth (6 cups), Green Pepper (1 Chopped), Corn (1 cup)- I use frozen corn, Black Beans (1, 14 oz can), 1 packet of taco seasoning, and Stewed Tomatoes (1 can) I don't use this in mine.

Directions

SLOW COOKER RECIPE, DOESN'T take only 6 minutes to cook.

It really couldn't be any easier - the chopping up of the green pepper and onion is the only time consuming part. Put the chicken broth and taco seasoning in FIRST - whisk it up together, and then add in everything else and then let it cook. Come home from work or plan and you are ready to eat! Add a little cheese and/or sour cream if you like- make sure to add the calories though.
