Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz drained
Beans, Cannellini, 1 cup
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 diced
Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Mozzarella, Buffalo, 30 gram(s)
balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt/pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl mix Beans through Mozzarella. Top with tuna and then oil, salt/pepper and vinegar (in that order). Serve with crusty bread and carafe of light white wine. I prefer a Prosecco
