Introduction

Ingredients

About 12 Large Fresh or Thawed Shrimp
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
4 TBSP Kraft Light Done Right Asian Dressing
4 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
1/2 Cup Garbanzo (Chick) Beans
1/4 Cup Golden or Regular Raisins
1 OZ Unsalted Sunflower Seeds or Shaved Almonds
3 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
4 Tablespoons Kraft Light Done Right Asian Sesame Salad Dressing to Top (2 TBSP per salad)
Directions
Chop your 2 cloves of garlic and toss a Tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic into a medium size sautee pan.
Sautee for about 5 minutes and add shrimp and 4 TBSP Kraft Asian Sesame Salad Dressing and cook for about 10 minutes on med-low heat.
While the shrimp is cooking, combine the rest of the ingrediants in a large bowl and toss.
Divide evenly and place on dinner plate and top each salad with 6 shrimp and a couple TBSP Kraft Asian Seame Salad Dressing.
Enjoy!! This salad goes great with Tomato Basil Soup a and wedge of your favorite bread or to keep it light a nice multi-grain flatbread cracker.
