Ingredients

    2 Slices of Wheat Toast
    2 Slices of Morning Star Bacon
    1 Slice Fat Free American Cheese
    1 TBSP Light or Fat Free Mayo
    1 Large Egg

Directions

Scramble Egg in the microwave by adding 1 TBSP water to one egg in a small bowl and microwaving high for 1 min 30 sec

Microwave the bacon on high for 1 min

Make toast spread on the mayo

then stack the egg bacon and cheese

If you are like me then run your out the door to work :)
