Ingredients

1 cup Carriescookin tomato basil sauce
16 oz Shrimp, raw
1/2 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
4 tbsp Shallots, finely chopped
1 cup fresh crimimi mushrooms sliced
1 cup fresh portabella mushrooms sliced
1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms cliced
4 oz. cooking Sherry, dry
3 cloves Garlic minced
3 cups fresh baby spinach
8 oz Barilla Plus Angel Hair (uncooked)
Directions
Makes 4 servings - 2 oz pasta per person
Cook pasta according to directions.
Heat olive oil in fry pan on high heat. Add garlic and shallot, saute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and continue to saute until starting to soften. (Start cooking pasta in separate pot now.) To fry pan add raw shrimp, when shrimp are almost pink add cooking sherry, cover with lid and reduce heat to med high. When pasta is almost cooked, add fresh spinach to cooking water. Add Carriescookin tomato basil pasta sauce to shrimp mixture, stirring to heat. Drain pasta and spinach, add to fry pan and combine with sauce and shrimp. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese and baguette slices.
