Ingredients

    2 cups Arrowhead Mills Steel Cut Oats
    4 cups skim milk
    3 small granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
    1.5 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large, heavy sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer ~15 minutes, or until desired consistency.

Sweeten with splenda, Torani SF syrup, or a little brown sugar when done.

Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings.
