Introduction

The amazing thing about these is that there is no flour, but you can't tell! This makes them soooo easy to make. Great for kids. The amazing thing about these is that there is no flour, but you can't tell! This makes them soooo easy to make. Great for kids.
Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter (I like smooth)
    1 cup raw sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 cup chocolate chips (or add-in of choice)

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in medium bowl until blended.

Stir in chocolate chips or other add-ins.

Drop small rounded spoonfulls of dough 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet, then cool on rack or dish towel completely before eating to make sure they set up.

Makes about 36 small coookies.

    Incredible!
    These cookies were SUPER easy and fast to make. They're also very sweet..so just one will satisfy your sweet tooth! I put mine in mini muffin tins and barley got 30 cookies and they're pretty small already. So, I'll probably adjust the serving size for my own calories per cookie. - 10/27/10
