Ingredients

    1 ripe mango, diced
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate while you are preparing the meat and rest of the meal. Serve cold as a side to the meat.
