Rate a 3 star as is. Use Spicy V8 instead of tomato sauce and this recipe takes off! Yummy - 3/19/10

tried this today and i love stuffed peppers. however this recipe was rather tasteless. it definitely needs more flavor. i added crushed red peppers and red bell peppers as well as italian seasoning and it still lacked flavor. will try again with different variations. - 12/12/10

These were amazing! I'm glad I listened to the reviews about adding more seasoning and sauce. I doubled the tomato sauce whih only added 20 calories per serving. I also added crushed red pepper and garlic salt and Italian seasoning in addition to what the recipe called for. - 6/5/12
