Ingredients

    3 large peeled cukes
    14 oz can fat free, low sodium chicken broth
    1 1/2 C. fat free sour cream
    1 1/2 tbl. white wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 C. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 C. toasted almonds

Directions

Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
