Ingredients

1 tblsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup ragu, parmesan and garlic white sauce
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp black pepper
30 medium shrimp
1 can crab meat
6 lasagna noodles
1 tblsp red pepper flakes.
Directions
1. Place olive oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat.
2. Add onions; cook until soft.
3. Add ragu, milk and pepper. Heat through.
4. Add shrimp and crab.
5. Spoon sauce without shrimp in bottom of 8x8 pan just to cover.
6. Add 3 noodles (broken to fit).
7. Scoop half of sauce over noodles.
8. Layer another 3 noodles.
9. Add remainder of sauce.
10. Sprinkle red pepper flakes
11. Cover with cheese.
12. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
