Ingredients

    1 lb chicken tenders
    1 Juice from Lemon
    1 bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce
    4 Tbsp "I Can't Beleive It's Not butter" spread
    1 Packet Zesty Italian Dressing Mix

Directions

Melt 2 tbsp of butter in saute' pan and saute chicken tenders until juices run clear. Melt 2 tbsp of butter. Pour bottle of Louisian Hot sauce into ziplock baggie along with melted butter, juice from lemon and zesty italian dry mix and add the chicken tenders. Let marinade for three hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 and place tenders on a foil covered cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray. Bake in oven for 35 minutes and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

    These had incredible taste. To spice them up more I added some jalapeno, but they were pretty good to start with. - 3/13/07
