When I threw this recipe together, I was actually shocked at how absolutely delicious it turned out. It's lip-tingling and packed full of flavor, with wonderful texture!. You won't even miss the deep fryer!
Everytime I make these, they are everyone's favourite new treat! No one will be disappointed! I have requests for these all the time.
Both shells and filling can be made ahead and assembled when needed. The shells can be frozen for up to a month, then thawed at room temperature an hour before filling. The filling can be made up to two days before and refrigerated. Heat the filling gently, and serve immediately in the shells.
Easy to prepare, easy to make. Low in fat, cholesterol and carbs. Really tasty too! Good appetizer or leave wings whole and make 12 servings.
Adapted from a This Food That Wine episode, these are yummy, crispy and peppery chicken nuggets skewered like lollipops for easy dipping and eating! They paired these with a ginger-peach sauce but a plum or Oriental cherry sauce would be equally delicious!
Preheat the oven to 450*f

You can keep the mixture in the fridge and eat as a snack constantly. This is a great recipe for me because I'm a college student, so when I have to run home for lunch, I can just have a pattie or two with curry and rice to add a little protein to my meal really easily! This makes about 30 patties, so I just make this every sunday, and then it's usually over after a week or two since I eat about 2 patties a day. And it's only about 80 calories a pattie! yum!
