    1 can of black beans
    12 ounces cooked chicken breast
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1 ounce chopped cheddar cheese
    4 tablespoons Fat Free Italian Dressing

    Rinse one can of black beans. Chop cheddar cheese into little squares. Chop 1 cup of tomatos. Chop 1 cup of fresh broccoli. Chop cooked chicken breast. Add black beans, cheddar cheese, tomato, broccoli, chicken, and italian dressing together and stir. Enjoy as a side dish, or have 2 servings and eat as a meal!


Grill chicken breasts until done and season with pepper.
