    1 apple, peeled and diced
    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup Fiber one cereal

Directions

Add all ingredients in blender or food processor

Add Cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice to taste
Blend and Enjoy!

    I tried this today and really like it! I used Kashi Go Lean Crunch as the cereal and it turned out very well in my opinion. I will be making this again! - 10/30/10
