This cake is dangerous because it only takes about 5 minutes to make - 5 minutes from chocolate cake? I hear diet buster.

Ingredients

    1 coffee mug
    4 T whole wheat flour
    4 T fructose (dry)
    2 T cocoa
    dash of salt
    1 egg
    3 T 1% Milk
    3 T extra virgin olive oil
    splash of vanilla
    4 T chocolate chips, more or less (optional)

Directions

1. Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well, try to break up any clumps of cocoa
2. Add egg and mix well
3. Pour in wet ingredients and mix well
4. Add chips
5. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes

This will rise over the top of the mug, don't be alarmed, it won't spill. Allow to cool before diving in. This is more than I can eat in one sitting, so grab 2 spoons and a loved one and share the joy.
