Ingredients

1 jar or 2 cans beef gravy
1 lb ground turkey (or beef)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (beans, peas, carrots, corn)
3 cups mashed potatoes (fresh or from the box)

Brown turkey in skillet. Separate out from vegetable mixture 20 peas and 10 carrot pieces. Add gravy and vegetables to skillet and simmer for 10 minutes. Place mixture in 9X13 baking dish. Prepare mashed potatoes to a thick consistency. Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, form "snowman" shapes on top of meat & veggie mixture. Place the peppercorns for eyes and use the carrots for the nose. Place 2 peas on the body for buttons. Place in the oven at 350 for 20-25, until mixture is warm throughout.
