Introduction

I just used stuff that I had around the house. This is my first recipe posting so hopefully you'll like it. I also added a little liquid smoke to the chicken broth that I cooked the chicken in. Liquid smoke not in calculations. Pretty tasty and pretty low in fat! I just used stuff that I had around the house. This is my first recipe posting so hopefully you'll like it. Ingredients

    Whole wheat tortillas
    1 large frozen chicken breast
    White onion
    Enchilada sauce canned
    Cilantro
    Refried black beans
    Thick-N-Chunky salsa
    Low sodium chicken broth
    Garlic

Directions

Saute the chicken in chicken broth and add a couple dashes of liquid smoke . Once chicken was almost done add onions and garlic and cook till done. Spread black beans on tortillas and add salsa. Shred chicken and add to tortilla. Roll and place in dish, pour enchilada sauce over top and heat for about 15 minutes till warm in 350 oven.
