Ingredients

    1 Cup - Pure Pumpkin
    1 T. - Pumkin pie spice
    1 T. - Splenda
    4 oz.- FF cream cheese
    1/4 Cup - FF sour cream
    For Dipping:
    10 Gingersnap Cookies, broken in pieces
    2 oz. Fat Free Pretzels
    2 sheets graham crackers

Directions

Put all ingredients in the crockpot (cream cheese, sour cream then pumpkin mixed with splenda and spice). Cook on high 1 hour or low 2 hours. This works best with a mini-crockpot or a oven safe dish inside of a regular crockpot.
