Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1 Tbp dried onion flakes
    1/4 cup mayonnaise, lite
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    7 oz pouch of salmon
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup bread crumbs, divided
    Pam spray

Directions

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup bread crumbs together. Make into balls, flatten into patties (4) and coat with remaining bread crumbs. Spray pan w/Pam and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Makes 4 patties
