This was beyond excellent! I used olive oil instead of butter, about 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and the same amount of brown sugar and shook it all in a gallon size bag before baking. Quick, easy, and filling! Even my picky 6 yr old loved it. - 10/28/10

  • YUM! I cooked it for about 45 minutes because I like my butternut squash nice and soft. This tastes like a dessert it is so good! I'm going to try it with brown sugar next time. This is going to be a regular go to item in my diet! Easy to make too!! - 2/23/13
