Does not need sugar
YUM! I cooked it for about 45 minutes because I like my butternut squash nice and soft. This tastes like a dessert it is so good! I'm going to try it with brown sugar next time. This is going to be a regular go to item in my diet! Easy to make too!!
Very easy and the squash was great. I used extra cinnamon and a little bit of agave syrup instead of sugar.
This was beyond excellent! I used olive oil instead of butter, about 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and the same amount of brown sugar and shook it all in a gallon size bag before baking. Quick, easy, and filling! Even my picky 6 yr old loved it.
First tme with butternut sqaush. I added alittle more cinnamon and sugar for taste. I may try alittle brown sugar nest time. I liked it. thanks
Very good and easy. I will use 3/4 tsp or sugar next time. Thanks for the great recipe!
I used olive oil and brownulated sugar as substitutes for the butter and granulated sugar. Yummy and 100% vegan!
