Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Love butternut squash but really did not care for this recipe. I felt like no matter how long I cooked the squash for, it wasn't done, and I was concerned about everything else being over done. I did add some nutmeg, and the onion/garlic/nutmeg/salt/pepper combo did make for tasty chicken.
