I used all the "light" or fat free kinds of ingredients I could and it's not the best for a good diet but, for a nice change on occation this is a very tastey dish that my whole family loves. I hope yours will, too!

This is really good, we usually have it at Thanksgiving and Christmas. I just decided to have it anytime.

This can be done in a 9x13 baking pan or in a muffin tin. For those of you with no veggie kids, this might be a way to sneak some in!

I experimented by throwing these ingredients together. It was not worthy of Iron Chef by any means, but I wanted to add it to my tracker anyway!

Yummy and good, I leave out the butter and the original recipe had twice as much ground beef. I brown in my big cast iron skillet and mix and bake in the same skillet!

Great as a side dish or as main meal, if you like.

A great way to use some of those zucchini that got a little to big.
