Ingredients

    1 Can Canned Corn
    1 Can Canned Creamed Corn
    2 tsp Parkay Butter Spray (calorie free)
    2 TBS Wheat flour
    1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Cup Egg Beater
    1/4 Cup Low Fat Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Add all ingredients in a greased casserole dish ending with flour and then cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
