    1 c of sour cream
    1 can of creamed corn
    1 can of whole kernel corn
    1 box of corn bread mix
    1/4 c melted butter


Lightly grease pan. Drain whole kernel corn. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix until well blended. Bake on 350* for 1 hour and 15 mins.

    This is a fantastic dish, and easily modified to make it lower in fat (low-fat or fat-free sour cream, 2 T butter instead of 4, et c.). But most importantly, it is SO DELICIOUS. - 1/23/08
