Introduction

I experimented by throwing these ingredients together. It was not worthy of Iron Chef by any means, but I wanted to add it to my tracker anyway! I experimented by throwing these ingredients together. It was not worthy of Iron Chef by any means, but I wanted to add it to my tracker anyway!

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef, browned and drained
5 cups of uncooked egg noodles (enriched)
1 can of whole kernel, no sugar added corn
    4 slices of mozarella cheese
    1/2 cup of 1% milk

Directions

Brown the beef and cook the noodles in a pot of water. Then put them all in the casserole dish with the corn (drained). I have no idea what I was doing. I just poured some milk in (for moisture), topped it with the four cheese slices, and baked it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. It wasn't a disaster, but I know it could have been better if I wasn't a complete airhead in the kitchen.
