Ingredients

    8 oz cream cheese (use light version to save calories)
    1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
    2 cans cream style corn
    2 cans whole kernel corn, drained

Tips

Can be made with just one can each of the corn for a smaller casserole.


Directions

Soften cream cheese, mix with corn bread mix until smooth. Add corn, one can at a time, until well blended. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55-60 minutes or until browned on top.
