Fed about 40 people at a New Year's Day dinner, and decided to try this recipe as a side. I tripled the ingredients and fixed the whole thing up in a 5-quart crockpot. There wasn't a single bite left... everyone gave the results a great review! I used light butter, for even less calories and fat.
