This is not healthy. I don't know if there is something wrong with the calorie count, but 818 calories and 25 grams of fat is horrible! That is more calories than a Big Mac or a double Quarter Pounder with Cheese!!! I can't believe this has been posted as a healthy recipe.
Over 8000 mgs of sodium!! That is insane, definitely not healthy.
Isn't the calorie count a little high for one serving of soup? Doesn't sound too healthy. Even eating 1/2 a serving is still high - at 409 calories I'd rather have something more satisfying? Maybe the author meant to divide it out into more than 4 servings??? It does sound tasty though!:)
