Introduction

Yummy and good, I leave out the butter and the original recipe had twice as much ground beef. I brown in my big cast iron skillet and mix and bake in the same skillet! Ingredients

    1/2 pound ground beef
    1 small onion chopped
    1 1/2 cup cooked rice
    2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    2 cups fresh, frozen or canned corn
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
    1 cup crushed crackers
    1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

Brown beef with onions. Drain. Stir in everything but crackers and butter. Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
