Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Curry powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tsp (remove)
    Honey, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Orange Juice, .25 cup (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

1. in pyrex baking dish put chicken breasts (whole). Also slice the onions and add those to dish. Cover with olive oil and maple syrup.

2. in seperate bowl mix curry powder, soy sauce, honey, pepper and garlic. Mix on medium heat in microwave oven. Pour over chicken and onions. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 20 min. Serve with the brown rice.

    Not a bad recipe. Had it over white rice. I would probably make this again. - 12/11/08
