This recipe is easy to make and easy to make your own. You can add veggies as you like, but this is the base recipe. I like to add green onions and mushrooms. Ingredients

Reduced Fat Cream Cheese - 2 tbsp
Reduced Fat (2%) Italian Blend Cheese - 1.5 cups
Eggs - 4 large
Turkey Breast (I used Oscar Mayer Shaved Honey Smoked) - 2 servings
Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls - 6 rolls
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Unroll crescent dough (except for two triangles) and lay out in a baking dish. Seal seams and have dough go up the sides of the dish if possible.
Spread cream cheese over dough.
Lay turkey over the cream cheese.
Mix the eggs and additional cheese (along with any veggies) and pour over the crust.
Bake about 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
Makes six servings.
This is also great for a brunch if it's cut up into little squares.
