Introduction

New twist on an old favourite! New twist on an old favourite!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 large hard boiled eggs (only use 2 yolks)
    1 celery stalk
    1.5 T Miracle Whip Light
    2t Deli mustard
    Ginger, Curry Powder, & Pepper to taste

Directions

Boil eggs until cooked through.
After they've cooled, remove yolk from 2 eggs and mash all together. Add miracle whip, mustard and seasonings to taste. Serve with garden salad on make a sandwich!
