Ingredients

5 Medium Chicken Breast
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
0.5 Cup Green Onions
0.5 Package Frozen Broccoli
1.5 cup 1% Milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
10 Ritz Crackers
1 Box Chicken Rice-a-Roni
Season as Desired
Directions
Preheat oven 375
Mix Cream of Chicken soup and 1 cup milk (add pepper if desired)
Mix Cheddar Cheese Soup and 0.5 cup milk
Cook Rice (following directions on box)
Add Broccoli
Pour Light layer of soup on bottom of cassarole pan
Add Chicken
Cover Chicken with Rice
Pour remaining soup mix over rice and sprinkle on green onions
crush ritz crackers and sprinkle on top
add Cheddar Cheese
Bake at 375 for about 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked

FAVORITEFOODIE
This is WAY to high in salt But with a few modifications I brought the sodium down to a much more acceptable level. I used the LOW sodium soup options and the new Low sodium Chicken Rice-a-roni and used half low moisture mozzerella and half of the cheddar I also used skim milk in place of 1% thanks - 1/25/11
