This can be used a s a bundt or flute cake or muffins. Top with Fat Free Cool Whip or Powdered Sugar if you like.You may think its odd to bake cake or muffins with no oil or eggs but its great!     1 box carrot or Spice Cake
    15 oz Canned Pumpkin- Not Pumpkin Pie Mix

Directions

spray pan with Bakers Joy or Pam

mix all ingredients and bake at 325 for 45 minutes for cake (or according to your cake mix directions)
Cool
Serve

    This was really good- my kids loved it. I has to ad just a little water since the mix was dry and I added shredded carrots to the spice cake mix but kids didn't know! - 2/9/09
