This delicious baked oatmeal recipe has quickly become a breakfast favorite in our house. Add chopped fruit and your choice of spices for your own variation. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 c. Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    3/4 c. Brown Sugar
    1 c. Butter
    2 Eggs
    2 c. Skim Milk
    2 t. Baking Powder
    1 t. Salt

Directions

Combine all the ingredients with spices of your choice. I like cinnamon and nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice. You can also add chopped fruit (i.e. apples or pears) for a yummy variation.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until done.

Makes 12 servings. Serve alone or with warmed milk and spices.
