Ingredients

    1 medium sized purple brinjal
    1 small onion finely chopped
    1 flake garlic ..finely chopped
    3tbsp cilantro leaves fresh fine chopped
    1 small green chilli deseeded and finely cut
    1 tbsp sesame seeds lightly toasted
    1 tbsp..walnut...coarsley chopped
    2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
    pinch of salt.

Directions

wash and steam the brinjal untill its soft.[or u could roast it on open fire slowly...the skin turns black and the brinjal softens...scrape off the skin]
mash the cooked brinjal and add in the rest of the ingredients...its ready to devour!
