Introduction

Ingredients

    *1 large can Solid White Albacore Tuna, 12 oz
    Dill Pickle Chips, 4 oz chopped
    *Kraft Real Mayo, 4 tbsp (remove)
    juice of one lemon (at least 3 tbs)
    Celery- 1 cup, diced
    3 Red RomaTomatoes- diced finely into cubes
    Fresh chopped Parsley, 3 tbsp
    Black pepper to taste

Directions

Drain tuna. Mix tuna, dill pickle cubes, celery, and mayo in bowl. set aside. Divide and arrange chopped tomatoes in center of 3 salad plates or in small bowl. Divide the tuna mixture equally on all three plates, in a mound over each base of chopped tomatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley and blackpepper. Generously squeeze fresh lemon juice over all three sallad arrangements.
