Made in a ring mold for holiday dining. Made in a ring mold for holiday dining.
Number of Servings: 10


    1 small pack sugar free lime jello
    1 cup liquid
    1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
    1 small pack lemon jello
    1 cup water
    1 small pack light cream cheese
    1 cup heavy whipping cream


Prepare lime jello with 1 cup juice from pineapple. Use ice to make up the difference. Stir in crushed pineapple. Put in ring mold. Chill until firm.
Prepare 1 small pack lemon jello with 1 cup water. Cool until partially set.
Beat together lemon jello and cream cheese.
Whip cream.
Blend cream in to lemon jello mix.
Spread on top of lime jello.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on fancy plate.
Makes 10 servings.
