Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups sweetened coconut
    2 cups pecans, chopped
    1 cup dried cherries (or dried cranberries)
    .5 cup dried apricots
    .25 cup dried figs
    14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    12 ounce box vanilla wafers, finely crushed

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix very well. Roll into a loaf and wrap in waxed paper. (Recipe can be doubled and then stuffed into the vanilla wafer box!) Chill for at least 24 hours.

This recipe is very rich and a little goes a long way. It's really good when paired with ambrosia fruit salad.
