Introduction

Smoothie Smoothie
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/4 cup white grape juice concentrate
    1 tbsp. non dairy creamer
    1/2 orange
    1/2 banana
    3 baby carrots
    3 slices yellow squash
    1 c. cabbage
    1 tsp. flax, ground
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. huckleberries(or any berry)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. ice
    water or skim milk to reach desired consistency

Directions

Combine all ingredients into vita-mix blender and blend until desired consistency.
