Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz chicken breasts no skin, no bones, (2)
    .5 cup yogurt, skim milk
    2/3 cup oatmeal, plain
    1 Tbsp garlic power
    1 tsp thyme
    1 tsp savory

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put oatmeal, garlic powder, thyme and savory in blender or food processer and blend a few pulses. Put into a bowl, in a second bowl put the yogurt. Have your baking dish ready at hand. Dip the chicken in the yogurt, then into the oatmeal mixture. Bake approx 40 min.
