    3/4 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup walnuts soaked 2 hours
    1 cup raisins soaked 2 hours
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp grated orange peel

blend and mold and but in the fridge for 3 hours

    Very Good
    Thanks for the recipe. I used .25 c. flax seed soaked in 3/4 c. water for about 4 hours. The coconut was eliminated to decrease the saturated fat. This makes an excellent snack and freezes well as formed in truffle like balls. - 7/26/10
